According to Odaily Planet Daily, HyperliquidNews posted on the X platform that @tradexyz HIP-3's cumulative trading volume has exceeded $475 billion.

ICE, the parent company of the NYSE, has launched a bond issuance to finance its $6 billion acquisition of MarketAxess.
According to a Bloomberg report on August 11, Intercontinental Exchange Inc. (ICE) has begun issuing U.S. investment-grade corporate bonds, two weeks after announcing its $6 billion acquisition of MarketAxess Holdings Inc.
According to a source familiar with the matter, the bond issuance, which began on Tuesday, is divided into up to five tranches with maturities ranging from three to ten years. The source requested anonymity as they were not authorized to speak publicly on the matter.
The person added that the initial pricing guidance for the longest-term bonds is about 1.15 percentage points higher than the yield on U.S. Treasury bonds.
A poisoning attack on an address resulted in a user losing $100,000 USDT, which the attacker has since exchanged for ETH.
According to Cyvers Alert, an address poisoning attack has been detected, resulting in a loss of approximately $100,000 USDT for the victim. The attacker poisoned the victim's wallet about 66 days ago by sending a transaction that created a malicious address record similar to a legitimate address. Today, the victim, failing to verify the complete wallet address, mistakenly transferred funds to the attacker's address. Following the incident, to avoid potential account freezes, the attacker converted the stolen USDT into ETH, and currently holds approximately 52.8 ETH in their wallet. Cyvers reminds users to always fully verify their wallet addresses before making on-chain transfers, avoiding reliance solely on address records from transaction history. Security agencies also recommend using AI-based on-chain security tools to detect abnormal transaction behavior in real time, mitigating the risks of address poisoning and phishing attacks. Address poisoning attacks have become a common form of fraud in the cryptocurrency space in recent years. Attackers typically exploit users' habit of copying historical transaction addresses, using forged addresses to induce users to mistakenly transfer assets.
River Markets has raised $8.5 million in seed funding to develop prediction market trading tools for institutions.
BlockBeats reported on August 11th that River Markets announced on Tuesday that it had completed an $8.5 million seed funding round in July, led by Haun Ventures, with participation from Y Combinator and Coinbase Ventures. Other investors included Qube Research Technologies, as well as angel investors from Google, Nvidia, Novig, JPMorgan Chase, and Citadel. The founders declined to disclose the company's valuation at the time of this funding round.
The founder of River Markets stated that to meet institutional demand for prediction markets at scale, technology is needed that allows institutions to trade across platforms and handle larger orders. Since its launch in May, the company has been providing institutions with related software, data connectivity, and risk management tools, and its algorithms are designed to reduce the volatility of market prices caused by large transactions. The company expects its platform's annualized trading volume to exceed several hundred million US dollars by the end of this year.
