This token will distribute the monthly cash flow generated from leased aircraft engines, providing investors with on-chain revenue exposure. The token is issued by its subsidiary, ETHZilla Aerospace, and the underlying assets are two commercial aircraft engines leased to a leading U.S. airline. Token holders will receive monthly cash flow distributions from base rental and usage fees through ERC-20 tokens. ETHZilla, backed by Peter Thiel's Founders Fund, was previously known for its Ethereum reserve strategy but has been gradually shifting towards Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization since last year. The company previously completed a tokenization experiment involving 95 home loans. As the blockchain industry accelerates the on-chaining of traditional assets, RWA is considered one of the fastest-growing sectors. Ark Invest predicts that the tokenized asset market could reach $11 trillion by 2030, compared to the current market size of approximately $22 billion.

According to Odaily Planet Daily, Federal Reserve Governor Christopher Waller stated that the Fed plans to launch a so-called "skinny master account" by the end of this year, providing limited access to the payment system for certain institutions amid slow progress in broader crypto market regulatory rules. Speaking at an event hosted by the Global Interdependence Center, Waller pointed out that while traditional master accounts allow financial institutions direct access to the Fed's payment system, the "skinny" version will have several restrictions, including no interest accrued on account balances and inability to obtain financing through the discount window. Public comment on the proposed plan has ended, and disagreements remain between the banking and crypto industries regarding whether non-traditional financial institutions should have access to the US payment system. He also mentioned that with the crypto market price correction, the market "excitement" generated last year by Trump's inauguration is fading. Waller stated that crypto assets remain highly volatile, and price fluctuations are inherent to this market. At the legislative level in Washington, the overall regulatory framework for the crypto industry still faces obstacles, with several related bills progressing slowly.

According to sources with direct knowledge of the matter, Alphabet's bond issuance has attracted over $100 billion in demand, with the issuance size estimated at around $15 billion. This level of demand is one of the most intense in corporate bond issuance history, demonstrating strong investor interest in debt assets related to the artificial intelligence boom. Just last week, Oracle raised $25 billion through a bond issuance, with demand reaching a record $129 billion. Alphabet has also appointed several banks to prepare for a bond issuance that may be denominated in Swiss francs and British pounds, including a rare 100-year bond.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the White House is locked in a stalemate with Congress over a housing proposal by President Trump that would ban Wall Street investors from buying single-family homes.
