According to BlockBeats, on August 25th, according to TradingBeats (formerly Hyperinsight), the "suspected 819 insider whale" that made a one-time purchase of $38.72 million in ETH about an hour before the price surge on August 19th has not yet sold any ETH, and its unrealized profit has expanded to $11.5 million.
As of press time, ETH was trading at $2,509.8, up approximately 29.6% from its initial investment of $1,936. The address continues to hold 20,000 ETH with a 4x leverage, bringing its long position value to approximately $50.196 million, representing a return of 118.6%.
It is reported that the new address was activated on August 19th and received $20 million in three separate transactions from the same source address within approximately two minutes. Subsequently, at 20:52, a long position of 20,000 ETH was established in one go, only about one hour after ETH began its main upward trend. Currently, there have been no instances of adding to or reducing positions, or any stop-loss or take-profit orders.

According to BlockBeats, on August 25th, GMGN market data shows that PONS is currently trading at $0.0975, with a market capitalization of approximately $97.54 million. It reached a high of $100.19 million within one hour, briefly surpassing the $100 million mark. In the past 24 hours, PONS has risen 47.18%, with a 24-hour trading volume of approximately $18.9 million.
PONS is the platform token of Pons, the mainstream Meme coin launching platform on Robinhood Chain.
According to BlockBeats, on August 25th, amidst Nvidia's upcoming earnings report and increased volatility in the AI supply chain, Goldman Sachs continued to raise its forecast for the semiconductor equipment cycle. The bank believes that AI demand is pushing the current wafer fab equipment spending cycle longer, with global WFE spending expected to continue expanding between 2026 and 2028.
Goldman Sachs projects that global wafer fab equipment spending will reach $150 billion in 2026, rise to $218 billion in 2027, and further increase to $281 billion in 2028, corresponding to year-on-year growth rates of 36%, 45%, and 29%, respectively. The main drivers are DRAM, HBM, and advanced process foundry capacity expansion. The report also points out that DRAM supply tightness may continue into 2028, which will keep memory manufacturers' capital expenditures at a high level.
