Robinhood Chain funds are shifting towards "utility" tokens, with PONS and INDEX both surpassing $10 million in market capitalization.
According to BlockBeats, on July 15th, GMGN monitoring shows that Robinhood Chain ecosystem funds began rotating from pure memes to projects with platform revenue, buyback and burn mechanisms, and RWA distribution mechanisms. PONS and INDEX both saw 24-hour trading volumes exceeding $14 million, and their market capitalizations both surpassing $10 million. Details are as follows:
PONS : Market capitalization reported at $14.8 million, up 1,500% in 24 hours, with trading volume of approximately $14.2 million during the same period.
- PONS is the platform token of Pons, the native token issuance platform of Robinhood Chain. This platform supports the creation and issuance of fixed-supply tokens and uses the WETH fees collected to buy back PONS and directly burn the collected PONS fees. It is regarded by some communities as the pump.fun on Robinhood Chain.
INDEX : Market capitalization is $16.3 million, up 281% in 24 hours, with a trading volume of approximately $14.3 million during the same period; the market capitalization once reached $24.48 million, and has now fallen by about 33% from the high point.
- The project mechanism is "holding tokens to obtain on-chain shares". According to the community, its transactions are subject to a 3% tax, which is used to purchase tokenized shares on Robinhood Chain and distribute them to token holders. The rise may be driven by Stock Tokens and the RWA narrative.

According to BlockBeats, on July 15th, blockchain security firm PeckShield stated that the previously detected unusual fund movements in the LayerZero Executor wallet were not a security incident, but rather part of normal operational adjustments. Odaily Planet Daily reports that economist and longtime Bitcoin critic Peter Schiff says holders may soon regret not selling Bitcoin above $60,000. He admitted to regretting not buying Bitcoin earlier but stated he wouldn't buy even if the price dropped to $20,000. Bitcoin's price reached $65,005 on July 15th. Schiff has also recently criticized Strategy, the largest corporate Bitcoin holder, claiming its approximately 840,000 BTC reserves could suffer "greater" losses under its monetization plan.
Samsung Electronics is considering outsourcing the backend design of Google's 2nm TPU I/O Die.
According to a report by Citrini analyst Jukan on the X platform, Samsung Electronics is considering outsourcing the backend design of Google's 10th-generation 2nm TPU "Icefish" I/O Die and has already inquired with design solution partners about their needs. This TPU will run Google's AI models, including Gemini. Google is reportedly co-designing the chip with MediaTek, with mass production planned for as early as 2028. The TPU consists of a computing processor and an I/O Die. The computing processor is expected to be manufactured by TSMC using a 1.4nm process, while the I/O Die will be manufactured by Samsung Electronics using a 2nm process. Samsung Electronics has recently reportedly secured Anthropic and DeepX as 2nm customers, in addition to Google and Tesla. ADTechnology, Gaonchips, and Alphachips have been mentioned as potential outsourcing contractors. ADTechnology is focusing on the 2nm CPU project "ADP620," aiming for annual revenue exceeding 1 trillion won between 2028 and 2029. Gaonchips is preparing to participate in the approximately 800 billion won "K-On-Device AI" project funded by the South Korean Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. Alphachips is reportedly viewing the Google TPU project as a growth driver and is becoming more actively involved.
