Cloud-based design platform Figma has filed for an IPO and disclosed $69.5 million in spot Bitcoin ETF holdings as of March 31, 2025. In May, the board approved a $30 million Bitcoin investment plan, initially purchasing an equal amount of USDC for conversion. The move signals growing institutional confidence in crypto assets.

Bitcoin investors now hold $1.2 trillion in unrealized profits, with long-term holders controlling 14.7M BTC, according to Glassnode. Despite price action, HODLing remains strong. BTC has flipped $107,200 into support after defending $105,700. With low selling pressure and rising momentum, a breakout above $113K looks increasingly possible.

The global crypto market cap stood at $3.28 trillion, down 0.33% in 24 hours. The Crypto Fear & Greed Index stayed neutral at 46. Pudgy Penguins (PENGU) was the top gainer, up 14.46%, followed by Arbitrum (ARB) and Celestia (TIA). Algorand (ALGO) led the losers with a 6.16% drop, along with Kaia (KAIA) and Aptos (APT) following behind.

Ripple clarified that Linqto owns 4.7M Ripple shares, acquired solely from the secondary market, not directly from Ripple. The company emphasized it has no business relationship with Linqto and did not involve them in any funding rounds. Ripple halted Linqto-related secondary purchases in late 2024 due to rising skepticism and to avoid investor confusion over unofficial share sales.
