博链财经BroadChain获悉，11月22日，综合华尔街日报和彭博社消息，知情人士透露，币安创始人兼CEO赵长鹏同意辞职并认罪，并承认违反美国反洗钱刑事要求，此举可能会保留币安继续运营的能力。
币安同意支付总计43亿美元的罚款，其中包括用于和解监管机构提出的民事指控的金额。
此外， 币安创始人 赵长鹏将 不再被允许继续在 币安 担任执行职务，但仍将保留多数股权。
