博链财经BroadChain获悉，11月17日，据TechCrunch，Aave母公司Aave Companies宣布品牌更名为Avara，并战略收购加密钱包Family。
Avara 旗下包括Aave Labs、Aave协议和稳定币GHO等。
Avara 创始人Stani Kulechov表示，Avara计划通过收购加密钱包Family来帮助用户进入Web3生态。
“我们真的想发出一个信号，我们现在正处于Web3时代，我们正在现有的基础设施上建立界面，人们可以以他们熟悉的方式进行互动。”
