博链财经BroadChain获悉，5月31日，据The Information，消息人士透露，加密支付平台MoonPay创始人兼CEO Ivan Soto-Wright等内部人士在公司2021年11月A轮融资中将所持股份套现1.5亿美元。
在2021年A轮融资期间，MoonPay以34亿美元估值融资5.55亿美元，Tiger Global、Coatue Management等参投，部分资金用于从Ivan Soto-Wright等现有股东手中购买股份。
消息人士表示，MoonPay通过向投资者出售股份融资4.05亿美元，剩余的1.5亿美元是内部人员在二级交易中套现的所持股份。
在A轮融资几周后，Ivan Soto-Wright在迈阿密购买价值3800万美元的豪宅并举办奢华派对。
