博链财经BroadChain获悉，12月16日，据彭博社，Amber宣布完成3亿美元C轮融资，本轮融资由Fenbushi Capital US领投，旨在解决FTX爆雷带来的损失问题。
本轮融资估值低于此前2月预计的30亿美元，此外Amber的员工人数将缩减至300人左右。
