Galaxy Digital以4410万美元收购自托管平台GK8

博链财经BroadChain获悉，12月8日，据彭博社，Galaxy Digital以4410万美元赢得了Celsius Network此前收购的自托管平台GK8的拍卖，远低于Celsius去年11月份1.15亿美元的收购价格。
受聘负责监督资产拍卖的重组集团Centerview Partners合伙人Ryan Kielty表示，有6家公司在拍卖过程开始时提交了初步出价，但只有Galaxy在规定的截止日期前提交了最终出价和保证金，其条款包括要求GK8联合创始人Lior Lamesh和Shahar Shamai留在公司。
