链科天下消息，11 月 22 日，在 2022 年金融街论坛年会「治理体系与金融稳定」平行论坛上，国家外汇管理局管理检查司副司长、最高人民法院民二庭庭长黄卉表示，应尽快完善非银行支付机构、地方金融监督管理等领域立法，强化支付机构展业监管，厘清央地金融监管职责边界。共同推动将虚拟货币监管纳入法律法规规范，加强虚拟货币交易治理。
