比特币矿业公司Digihost面临退市风险，因连续30天交易价格低于1美元

博链财经BroadChain获悉，10月17日， 比特币 矿业公司Digihost收到纳斯达克通知函，可能因交易价格低于1美元而从纳斯达克退市。
Digihost有180天的合规期，需通过连续至少10天以1美元或以上的价格进行交易来重新遵守纳斯达克上市规则。
Digihost对此回应称，“公司的业务运营不受收到通知函的影响，公司完全打算解决这一缺陷并重新遵守纳斯达克上市规则”，并表示它可能有资格获得额外的180天合规期。
此前，北美比特币矿业公司Digihost（TSXV: DGHI; OTCQB: HSSHD）于2021年11月15日在纳斯达克上市，交易代码为“DGHI”。
