博链财经BroadChain获悉，9月7日，据The Block，Web3钱包Omni宣布今年5月完成1100万美元股权融资，估值5000万美元。
本轮融资由Spartan Group、GSR Ventures、Eden Block、OP Crypto、Shima Capital、Kosmos Ventures、Daedalus Angels、PrimeBlock Ventures、Figment Capital、Lattice Capital和Chorus One参投。
Omni创始人Serafin Lion Engel表示，融资协议附有代币附函的股权交易，以防Omni计划发布自己的代币。
Omni原名Steakwallet，钱包内置流动性质押功能，也支持用户通过跨链桥转移代币。此外，Omni计划未来支持zkSync和StarkNet。
