博链财经BroadChain获悉，8月25日，据WSJ， 比特币 ATM公司Bitcoin Depot已与一家特殊目的收购公司（SPAC）GSR II Meteora Acquisition达成协议，计划合并后在纳斯达克上市，估值约为8.85亿美元。
据悉，Bitcoin Depot成立于2016年，是北美最大的比特币ATM机提供商，在美国和加拿大拥有7000多个比特币ATM。
