博链财经获悉，6月13日，据CoinDesk，CZ在Consensus 2022大会上发言表示， SEC 一直与Binance就BNB及其他产品问题保持定期联系，但未被传唤。
此外，Binance正在接受司法部、商品期货交易委员会 ( CFTC ) 和美国国税局的调查。
6月7日，知情人士表示，SEC正在调查Binance在2017年出售数字Token是否违反证券规则。
