博链财经获悉，4月20日，据Techcrunch，数字身份认证公司Spruce宣布完成3400万美元A轮融资，Andreessen Horowitz（a16z）领投。
ETH ereal Ventures、Electric Capital、Y Combinator、Okta Ventures、SCB 10X、Robot Ventures、OrangeDAO等参投。
2021年11月，Spruce完成750万美元融资， Ethereal Ventures和Electric Capital领投。
