马斯克：收购Twitter后将把代码放在GitHub上

博链财经获悉，4月15日，据Decrypt，特斯拉CEO马斯克宣布以每股54.20美元（约合430亿美元）的价格收购Twitter。
马斯克在加拿大温哥华的TED2022期间表示，Twitter的代码应该在GitHub上，以便对其进行检查。“如果我们能够增加对Twitter作为公共平台的信任，文明风险就会降低。”
马斯克还表示，自己不确定能否成功收购Twitter，但如果这家公司拒绝他的提议，自己还有B计划。
他说自己“技术上负担得起”，但他的出价与赚钱无关，“我一点也不在乎经济。”
