新加坡将仅限专业投资者进行加密交易,不允许向散户投资者投放加密广告

博链财经获悉,4月8日,据《海峡时报》报道,新加坡当地行业协会在一次会议上向企业阐明新加坡关于加密服务广告的规则。
新加坡 区块链 协会(BAS)表示,新加坡金融管理局(MAS)将禁止向当地的零售消费者营销和宣传加密服务。
BAS表示,如果公司能够证明他们只针对机构投资者群体,则允许公司向认可的机构投资者做广告。也就是说,由于新加坡将加密交易限制在专业投资者范围内,因此不允许向散户投资者投放广告。
公司可以赞助在新加坡境外举办但在当地播出的活动,也可以举办现场活动,只要不包括零售消费者。B2B广告(包括不会促进加密交易的新闻稿和公告)也是允许的。
