比特币矿企PrimeBlock将通过SPAC合并上市，估值约12.5亿美元

博链财经获悉，4月1日，据Coindesk， 比特币 矿企PrimeBlock确定将与特殊目的收购公司 (SPAC) 10X Capital Venture Acquisition Corp. II 合并上市，估计企业价值为12.5亿美元。
据悉，PrimeBlock已从Cantor Fitzgerald附属公司获得3亿美元的承诺股权融资。
前高盛投资银行资深人士Gaurav Budhrani将担任合并后公司的首席执行官。
合并预计将于2022年下半年完成，合并后的公司将在纳斯达克交易。
