博链财经获悉，12月17日，香港上市公司 火币 科技(HK:01611)发布 公告称 ，自2021年12月18日起，火币集团首席安全官 吴树鹏出任上市公司 CEO， 吴树鹏及 火币集团首席财务官 张丽 出任 上市公司 执行董事。
与此同时，公司实际控制人李林卸任CEO和执行董事，调任为非执行董事，仍将担任董事长。
资料显示，吴树鹏 曾出任 滴滴出行(NYSE:DIDI)首席安全顾问， 张丽曾为嘉楠科技(NASDAQ:CAN) 副总裁 。
公告还显示，吴树鹏和 张丽 作为 执行董事的基本薪酬为月薪 十万港元以及上市公司的额外分红。
