博链财经获悉，12月17日，据The Information，美国联邦贸易委员会（FTC）正在针对Meta以4亿美元收购VR健身游戏《Supernatural》开发商Within一事展开调查。
此前消息，参议员Maria Cantwell曾于12月11日呼吁FTC对针对Meta收购Within一事进行调查。
Cantwell表示在本次收购中，Meta可能违反了《联邦贸易委员会法》中不公平竞争、欺诈消费者等相关条例。
