博链财经获悉，12月10日，据央视财经频道报道，元宇宙“房产”近期交易爆发，一周内交易额超1亿美元。其中，The Sandbox平台近7天交易额超8600万美元，成为交易额最高的元宇宙相关平台。
央视财经频道强调，与其他虚拟资产类似，元宇宙“房产”同样存在安全风险，如果元宇宙没落，或者是市场上的热情消退，又或者监管政策出现调整，都可能给价格带来巨大的下行压力。
