据CoinDesk消息，11月6日，美国众议院以至少218票赞成的表决结果投票通过了基础设施法案，其中包含加密货币纳税申报要求的条款，目前该法案已送交美国总统拜登签字。接下来美国财政部仍需解释其计划如何解读该法案，并发布指导意见，阐明企业或其他实体必须如何遵守该法案。
