据Cointelegraph 10月7日报道，俄罗斯国家杜马金融市场委员会主席Anatoly Aksakov表示，俄罗斯需要通过新的法律来保护投资者免受加密货币投资的潜在损失。 他表示，国家议会的立法者正在考虑制定新的立法，以限制未经认可的投资者对加密货币的投资。Aksakov说，“加密货币投资伴随着很大的风险和可观的回报，全球投资者将数十亿美元投入加密货币。我们当然需要提供具体的立法，以保护非专业投资者免受对数字货币的考虑不周的投资。”
