据CoinDesk 10月6日消息，乌克兰总统Volodymyr Zelensky没有签署该国第一个规范数字资产的法案，而是将其退回议会进行修改。该国总统希望修改法案，让乌克兰国家证券和股票市场委员会（相当于美国证券交易委员会）成为主要的加密监管机构。总统提出的修改版本将CBDC的监管留给了央行，但所有其他事务都交给了证券监管机构，包括加密经纪商和其他服务的许可。
