华尔街日报：美联储或将于本周发布CBDC报告并征求公众意见

10月4日，据《华尔街日报》报道，美联储计划最早于本周对推出央行数字货币（CBDC）的风险和机遇进行评估。美联储官员将发布一份文件，就此事征求公众意见。鉴于美联储官员对CBDC可能带来的好处和风险意见不一，不太可能很快做出决定。
据此前9月份报道，美联储主席鲍威尔表示，正在评估是否要发行央行数字货币，还未就央行数字货币做决定。央行数字货币报告将“很快”发布。
