2017年3月3日，新华网造访公信宝公司，并对公信宝项目的创始人黄敏强和特邀嘉宾财政部采购专家柴琳女士进行了视频专访。
公信宝是一个基于区块链的数据交易所，具有区块链去中心化、不可篡改、点对点传输、快速结算、可匿名交易等特点，同时又加入了“贡献证明机制”和个人隐私保护等功能。
这次专访特意放在“两会”之前，就公众和政府最关心的几个热点提出了问题：1、公信宝对个人隐私敏感数据进行保护？2、怎样解决政府机构间的数据安全传输？
