2017年3月15日20点整，公信宝在云币网正式开启ICO。
根据公信宝团队为了保证投资人权益而制定的规则，在3月15日18:00时，云币网比特币价格已超过8000元人民币，因此执行每比特币兑换11000公信股的规定，公信宝ICO认筹总量也相应调整为3455个比特币！
ICO开启至22:30分，已认筹数量达到698BTC。
公信宝ICO截止时间点为4月14日，或认筹比特币总额达到3455个止。
