博链财经获悉，4月12日，据TheBlock报道，俄罗斯 比特币 矿业托管公司BitRiver发行ERC20代币BTR，BTR 以预售其比特币采矿托管设施的能源容量。

据白皮书，BTR总量为1.65亿枚，每枚BTR的价格定为0.35美元，本次预售1亿枚，共筹集了3500万美元。
