PANews 2月16日消息，美股上市公司500.com Limited 发布公告称，将以约10%的股份，收购BTC.COM矿池，包括BTC.com的全部矿池业务，BTC.com域名和BTC.com加密货币钱包。目前BTC.com比特币算力排名第三，系吴忌寒从比特大陆拆分出。500.com原为彩票网站，近期转型矿业，填入大量四川矿场资源，目前市值为8.6亿美金。受此消息影响，500彩票网美股盘前涨超80%。
500.com此前在2月2日宣布已签订一份矿机采购协议，以对价约人民币5520万元（约合850万美元）购买5900台比特币矿机。这些矿机预计在2021年第二季度能全部完成交付。
