塞尔维亚政府将数字资产交易和发行合法化

据CoinDesk消息，塞尔维亚政府将根据12月29日生效的法律，允许数字资产和相关服务的发行和交易。据报道，《数字资产法》的法律草案于10月宣布，并已于11月下旬由立法者通过。 在官方公报上公布后，该法律已于周二正式生效，并将于六个月后开始应用。根据新法律，塞尔维亚的数字资产服务提供商可以在“获得监管机构的许可”后运营。
