VanEck向SEC重新提交比特币ETF申请

据The Block 12月31日消息，投资管理公司VanEck已向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交了注册表以启动比特币信托基金（VanEck Bitcoin Trust）。如果获得批准，其将是第一个获得美国SEC批准的比特币ETF。该ETF的份额将在Cboe BZX交易所交易。VanEck此前曾两次申请类似产品，但后来都撤回了。
