现在的BTSX仅实现了之前BTS路线图中的BTSXT功能，是一个最小化功能可用版本，这个版本目前的可以实现DPOS（代表股权证明机制）+TITAN（匿名机制）+资产发布（高兴的话可以自己发行个股票债券什么的）及转账。
这个是每个BTSX值多少BTU，是不是有点怪异，点一下交换一下

注意只要你挂单就有交易费，取消挂单也有交易费
