通过控制台创建比特股自定义资产

据说GUI上无法创建资产，这里是一个命令行帮助
创建资产符号为6个以上的只需要500BTS，否则是500000BTS，另外需要加上0.5BTS的广播费。

几个主要参数

资产符号：也就是单位，比如CNY
资产名字：没特殊限制，可使用中文
管理者ID：资产管理者的ID
资产描述：对资产的简介，可使用中文
总量：资产总量
精度：比如100表示小数点后有两位精度

举例：要创建资产BITSTOCK, 总量100万，精度0.01，由baozi管理 

  1. wallet_asset_create BITSTOCK "比特股票的名字"  baozi  "比特股票的描述" null 1000000 100

创建的资产要想进入流通，必须先发布，比如发布10万给 baozi 

  1. wallet_asset_issue 100000 BITSTOCK baozi

这时在余额内就能看到10万BITSTOCK的资产了
