renBTC 是什么？
renBTC (https://renproject.io) 是基于 RenProtocol 发行的流通于以太坊网络的 BTC 锚定币，RenBTC 和真实的比特币价值 1：1锚定。
RenBTC 有啥用？
RenProtocol 已于 2020-05-27 上线 RenVM 虚拟机，用户可以将原生 BTC 存入指定的 RenBridge 网关作为抵押，RenVM 通过智能合约在以太坊网络中发行对应的 renBTC，整个发行过程较为去中心化。
renBTC 已被 1inch、Curve 等 DeFi 项目所支持，目前流通总量[1]已达40多枚，流通市值约50万美金。

RenBTC 安全吗？
据 RenBridge 官方页面提示，RenVM 技术目前仍处于早期阶段，合约审计并不能完全排除系统风险，且目前暂无公开审计报告，用户需酌情使用，切勿投入自身无法承担的资产数额。
总结
renBTC 依托于 Ren Project 项目，前身为 Republic Protocol，也是17年爱惜欧热潮退去之后发展至今的老牌项目，也算是从以太坊生态中杀出了一条血路，3年来见证了区块链世界的起起伏伏。所谓币圈一天，人间一年，不知这位已经在币圈摸爬滚打了一千多天的“千年老妖”在新一轮的周期中会给我们带来怎样的礼物？
