区块链并非是放之四海而皆准的技术，有许多问题区块链可以做，但也有很多问题是区块链无法解决的。区块链到底能做什么和、不能做什么，是常使入门者感到困惑的问题。本篇内容便从技术层面、应用层面、系统层面对区块链技术进行了解析。
高承实博士认为，区块链技术及产品，不同于微信、QQ，以及淘宝、支付宝、滴滴等平台级产品或C端产品。区块链技术及产品要解决的是行业流程的改造，至少是面向B端，甚至面向一个行业。相对于C端产品的扩展逻辑是由下向上，通过C端的聚合而实施资源整合；区块链技术及产品的逻辑是由上向下，重点是业务流程再造。
