龙凡，多伦多大学助理教授， Conflux项目创始人之一。创立Conflux之前，龙凡一直在做分布式系统、软件工程及系统安全的研究。
龙凡表示，自己在麻省理工读博士时候就接触到区块链，并对区块链技术有一定的了解和兴趣。还曾以1美元买进，5美元卖出的价格买卖比特币。
