中国网科技12月17日讯 据天眼查数据显示，福建湛华智能科技有限公司12月16日新增一条司法协助信息，北京比特大陆科技有限公司被冻结其持有的价值360.0万人民币的股权、其它投资权益，冻结期限为2年。
资料显示，福建湛华智能科技有限公司为比特大陆科技有限公司100%全资控股。公司经营范围：集成电路芯片及半导体产品的设计、开发、销售、并提供相关的技术开发、技术咨询、技术服务；电子产品、基础软件的销售及售后服务；电子产品的维修；通讯器材的销售；自营和代理各类商品和技术的进出口，但国家限定公司经营或禁止进出口的商品和技术除外；机械设备、电子产品的租赁服务。
福建湛华智能科技有限公司执行董事兼总经理和监事分别是詹克团和吴忌寒，上述两人为比特大陆联合创始人。
