Super Micro Computer shares surged in premarket trading Wednesday after the AI-server manufacturer reported a major earnings beat and issued a fiscal 2027 revenue forecast far above Wall Street expectations. SMCI rose approximately 9.8% to $34.70 before the Nasdaq opened, compared with Tuesday’s closing price of $31.60.
