1. US stock futures opened lower but rose sharply, with Bitcoin moving in tandem. Last Friday, I published a long position strategy targeting the 80,000–81,000 range, which has now generated a profit of 2,000–3,000 points; 2. Moving forward, attention should focus on oil prices and US Treasury yield movements. Oil price fluctuations affect US inflation, while changes in US Treasury yields determine the direction of risk assets like stocks and cryptocurrencies. From my observation, oil prices are unlikely to drop in the short term, as negotiations between the US and Iran over the Strait of Hormuz have made no substantial progress. With oil prices remaining high, persistent inflation is expected, keeping interest rate hike expectations alive. Regarding US Treasury yields, they remain fluctuating above 5%. Until yields break below 5%, significant upward momentum in US stocks and crypto assets will be difficult to sustain. Therefore, Bitcoin should continue to trade within a broad range—avoid excessive bullish sentiment. Shorting is not currently under consideration, as the upcoming FOMC meeting is highly likely to maintain the status quo; 3. The current resistance for Bitcoin lies at the daily chart middle band of 83,500. A breakout above this level would accelerate upward movement. For today’s trading: go long near the 4-hour Bollinger Band middle line at 81,900. If US equities face pressure tonight, consider adding positions around 81,000. Target levels are 83,500–84,000; once broken, aim for 86,500. Congratulations to those who followed the strategy last week. Although volatility was slow, the results have been rewarding.
