BlockBeats reported on September 6th that on-chain detective ZachXBT issued a community alert stating that over the past three days, multiple verified WOO X users have reported that their withdrawals are stuck in the "pending" or "processing" status. As of the time of this post, WOO X has not yet issued a statement regarding this matter.
WOO X was incubated by Kronos Research and acquired by FusionX Digital in the fourth quarter of 2025. ZachXBT points out that FusionX Digital is allegedly associated with BitMart founder Sheldon Xia.
ZachXBT also stated that BitMart announced its cessation of operations and restructuring on July 26, 2026, and users are still unable to access millions of dollars in idle funds, with complaints on the X platform continuing to rise. Sheldon Xia only issued a vague statement claiming that user assets are safe, but these claims have not been independently verified.
