尼日利亚总统签署虚拟资产监管行政令，成立委员会并由央行主导

PANews 7月18日消息，据 News.bitcoin 报道，尼日利亚总统 Bola Tinubu 签署旨在规范虚拟资产并打击未注册运营商的行政命令，保护公民免受欺诈，该措施立即生效。根据新法令，新成立的虚拟资产委员会将作为主要的政策制定和协调机构，由尼日利亚中央银行（CBN）担任主席，尼日利亚税务局和证券交易委员会（NSEC）任副主席，另包括金融情报单位和国家安全顾问办公室代表。在 CBN 内设立虚拟资产办公室，负责日常运作和机构间信息共享（使用共享技术平台）。此外，CBN 将推出监管沙盒，允许合格运营商在监控下测试虚拟资产和区块链产品。税务局将制定针对虚拟资产的具体税收政策，促进合规。委员会需在 30 天内制定落实框架；政府正在制定更全面的《虚拟资产白皮书》作为长期战略。
