PANews 7月1日消息，据CoinDesk报道，欧盟加密资产监管框架 MiCA 今日起全面生效，Binance 已暂停面向欧盟新用户的注册、充值及 Earn 理财产品；Coinbase、OKX 和 Gate 等合规交易平台则推出最高 10% 充值奖励，争夺因未合规平台受限而被迫迁移的欧洲加密用户。
