以太坊基金会裁员20%，重组为五大职能集群

PANews 6月23日消息，以太坊基金会（EF）宣布完成组织重组，将员工规模缩减约20%，共有54名员工离职，并新设五大业务集群：协议层、接入层、用户层、社区层和机构层。协议层聚焦扩容与抗审查等核心协议安全；接入层负责节点访问、交易、证明、委托与退出等自托管路径；用户层负责用户需求研究与教育；社区层负责对内外传达EF定位、对接开源与隐私等社群；机构层则面向金融机构、企业、政府和学术机构推进以太坊集成与合规政策沟通。EF称此次调整旨在在市场波动中保持精简与专注。
