量子计算公司Quantinuum拟赴美IPO募资约10.5亿美元

PANews 5月26日消息，据彭博社报道，量子计算公司 Quantinuum 计划在美国IPO中发行约2100万股，发行价区间为每股45-50美元，拟募资约10.5亿美元，按区间上限计算估值约127亿美元。Quantinuum 由 Honeywell Quantum Solutions 与 Cambridge Quantum 于2021年合并组建，专注开发可用于化学、机器学习、网络安全、金融及药物研发的量子计算平台，现有 Amgen、Mitsui 等合作方。公司一季度营收约520万美元，净亏损约1.37亿美元。美国政府近期宣布向量子计算企业提供逾20亿美元资助，其中 Quantinuum 将获1亿美元，并换取美政府持有少数股权。
