PANews 5月21日消息，据CoinDesk报道，知情人士透露，加密货币托管公司Copper正寻求以5亿美元的价格出售该公司。华尔街投资银行Cantor Fitzgerald已被任命协助此次出售。Copper的核心资产是ClearLoop结算系统，该系统允许网络参与者在托管内部完成货银对付交付，无需将资产上链，从而消除结算风险。Copper于2023年关闭了企业托管业务，专注于服务众多机构客户的ClearLoop。Copper今年早些时候曾考虑进行IPO，但随着比特币交易价格低于80000美元且人工智能吸走大部分资本，加密IPO市场今年一直处于停滞状态。
