PANews 5月20日消息，据CoinDesk报道，美国总统特朗普签署行政令，要求联邦政府更新监管框架，将“数字资产和创新技术整合到传统金融服务和支付系统中”。行政令要求金融监管机构负责人在三个月内审查现有规则，识别“过度阻碍金融科技公司与联邦监管机构合作的规则或文件”。六个月内，监管机构需采取措施促进创新，包括要求美联储审查如何允许非保险存款机构和非银行金融公司获取支付账户和服务，以及12家地区联储银行是否可以独立于美联储董事会授予支付账户。该条款可能特别有利于怀俄明州特殊目的存款机构。这是特朗普周二签署的第二项行政令，另一项要求财政部加强《银行保密法》，阻止无证移民获取银行账户或支付服务。
