其 律师托贝罗夫 称，案件核心争议从未被正面裁决——「你不能以非营利慈善名义募集公共补贴资金，再在对自己有利时直接转为营利业务，让管理层从中获得数十亿美元利益。」 托贝罗夫表示：「 这场战争还没有结束 。」
