美众议员Begich计划更名重启比特币战略储备法案，将特朗普行政命令立法化

PANews 4月28日消息，据The Block报道，美国众议员Nick Begich在比特币2026大会上表示，计划在未来几周重新提出其比特币战略储备法案，并将原“BITCOIN法案”更名为《美国储备现代化法案》。该法案旨在将特朗普总统的行政命令立法化，建立永久性的比特币储备，要求比特币被持有“很长时间”，并通过“预算中性策略”在五年内收购100万枚比特币。Begich表示，更名是为了让国会和全国人民更好地理解法案目标，确保比特币被当作储备资产对待。他还指出，由于不确定下一届政府对数字资产的立场，应趁当下机会锁定成果，由国会采取行动。
