PANews 4月23日消息，国际清算银行（Bank for International Settlements，BIS）发布研究报告称，加密交易所正通过“理财”“收益”等产品提供类似银行的借贷服务，但缺乏存款保险和监管保障，实质上形成“影子银行”。报告指出，这类产品将用户资产集中投入高风险活动，用户对资产仅拥有无担保债权，直接暴露于平台偿付能力风险。报告并提及Celsius Network与FTX倒闭案例，以及2025年10月闪崩事件，强调高杠杆、不透明和缺乏保护机制可能引发系统性风险。
