PANews 4月22日消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，加密交易所 Kraken 称其为 2025 纳税年度向美国国税局（ IRS ）提交了约 5600 万份加密交易 1099-DA 表单，其中约 1850 万份涉及不足 1 美元交易， 74% 金额低于 50 美元，仅 8.5% 高于 600 美元。 Kraken 指出，由于加密支付缺乏“最低金额免税”条款，以及质押收益按收到当日市价计入当期所得，导致大量微小交易和质押奖励需申报，给投资者带来高额时间和软件成本。此外，现行经纪报告仅披露卖出总额、不含成本价， Kraken 称已收到大量用户就此询问，并呼吁国会通过涵盖更广泛加密资产、与通胀挂钩的 de minimis 免税规则，并允许纳税人选择质押奖励在出售时再纳税。
